Ellis Island & Statue of Liberty Ferry

This was hands down the most touristy thing possible to do on ‘The List,’ but a great…and total American way to get things started. A review is probably 100% un-interesting, but my summary is: “Ellis Island was AWESOME, the ferry and Statue of Liberty would have been cool, except we went on a 100 degree day in July, on a ferry packed full of tourists. Plus side: if you order online, you skip the line!” I can safely confirm we were the only NYC residents on board.
